How can I place an order for a kitten?
1. Browse and Confirm: First, browse our website and select the kitten you would like to adopt. Then, please confirm your choice with us by text or call at 347-868-8877, so we can check the availability of the kitten and provide you with some recent videos.
2. Complete Reservation: Once you’re ready, complete the reservation on our website. You can also include any additional services you might need, such as neutering or breeding rights.
3. Adoption Agreement: After the reservation, we will need your email to send you an electronic adoption agreement. This agreement ensures both parties are clear on the adoption terms.
4. Health and Documentation: We will provide you with a comprehensive PDF file that includes all the information on your kitten’s food and care.
5. Final Arrangements: Kittens become available for pick-up after reaching 3 months old and receiving their final vaccination. If the kitten is old enough, you can expect delivery within 7-14 days, provided no additional options such as breeding rights or sterilization are needed. The kitten will come with a prestigious WCF pedigree, a passport with vaccination records, and microchip registration in the global database.
Can I cancel my order?
**Cancellation Policy**
At InterpetsNYC, we understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring that we can continue to provide the highest standard of care and service to our kittens and customers.
– **Reservation Deposit:** A $200-$500 reservation deposit is required to secure your kitten. This deposit is non-refundable and ensures that your selected kitten is held exclusively for you until the adoption process is completed.
– **Cancellation and Refunds:** You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days from the date of booking. If you have paid the full amount for your kitten and you cancel within this period, the full amount minus the reservation deposit will be refunded to you. This allows us to partially cover the costs incurred in preparing your kitten for adoption.
– **Processing Cancellations:** To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly at 347-868-8877. We will process your cancellation and, if applicable, your refund within a reasonable timeframe.
