Devon Rex Kittens

Devon Rex kittens: expressive ears and soft, wavy coats

A distinctive face with an inquisitive personality

Devon Rex kittens stand out through large ears, wide eyes and a short coat with a soft, wavy texture. Their playful expression often matches an interest in people and household activity. For families researching Devon Rex kittens for sale, it helps to look beyond the unusual appearance and consider a companion that may enjoy close interaction, climbing and regular games.

Living with a Devon Rex

A Devon Rex may choose a warm resting spot close to its family and take an active interest in everyday routines. Offer safe places to climb, soft beds and toys that encourage supervised play. Individual kittens vary in confidence and energy, so ask the private breeder what the kitten is like at home. Introduce new people and pets gradually, allowing time to explore without pressure.

Gentle grooming for a special coat

Devon Rex fur can be delicate, and vigorous brushing is not the right approach for every kitten. Ask for the kitten’s established grooming routine and use gentle handling. A wavy or sparse coat does not mean that a cat is allergy-free; suitability for an allergic family cannot be established from coat appearance alone. Discuss any specific skin or grooming concerns with your veterinarian.

A breed fact worth knowing

The Devon Rex’s history traces to Kirlee, a curly-coated cat from Devon, England. Its coat mutation differs from the one associated with the Cornish Rex, even though both breeds have a rex coat. InterPetsNYC works with caring private breeders and can help you review the kitten’s pedigree, veterinary records and daily routine. Ask about available kittens and breeding rights for selected individuals.

Private breeders, personal guidance and delivery

InterPetsNYC connects families with kittens from trusted private breeders who raise them in home environments. Before you reserve, we explain the individual kitten’s records, deposit and contract. Ask about our reservation process, Brooklyn pickup by appointment and nationwide delivery options, including the East Coast. Breeding rights may be available upon request for selected kittens.

Questions about choosing Devon Rex kittens

Can I see a personal video before reserving?

Yes. Request a fresh personal video with your name and the current date. Ask about the individual kitten’s routine, temperament and available records so you can make an informed choice.

How does the reservation payment work?

Confirm the kitten’s availability, full price and reservation amount first. The deposit shown on the individual kitten’s page is applied toward the total price; the remaining balance is due at handover. Review the reservation terms and any delivery fees before payment.

Can you arrange Brooklyn pickup or U.S. delivery?

Brooklyn pickup is by appointment. We help families in New York, New Jersey and across the USA plan personal delivery. Timing depends on the kitten’s vaccinations, veterinary clearance, documents and travel arrangements. Contact InterPetsNYC to confirm availability and discuss your location.
