We offer several payment options for your convenience. You can pay using Venmo, Zelle, Cash or Credit Card. Please note that payment is required in full at the time of a delivery. We do not charge you before you receive you desired kitty.
Q2. Are you a breeder?
We are an online store that partners with reputable breeders from Europe to bring you the finest quality kittens. We also have a few litters from our own family pets. Our kittens are raised in a warm and loving environment and receive the best care from our professionals until they find their forever home. They are known for being gentle, affectionate, sweet, and friendly, making them perfect for families with children and other pets.
Q3. How can I place an order for a kitten?
To place an order for a kitten, please follow these simple steps:

1.Browse our available kittens on our website.
2.Call or text us at +1 (929) 868-8877 to confirm your choice and to make sure if the kitten is still available.
3.Once the availability is confirmed, we will ask you to fill out a short form with your contact and payment information.
4.We will send you an invoice for a non-refundable deposit to secure the kitten of your choice.
5.You will then be able to schedule a pick-up or delivery date and time.

Please note that our kittens are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Can I cancel my order?

Q4. Do you have any papers that must be signed?
Yes, we require a contract to be signed for each kitten purchase. The contract outlines our policies, terms, and conditions and provides important information about your responsibilities as a new kitten owner. Once you have chosen your kitten and we have confirmed availability, we will send you the contract to review and sign electronically. If you have any questions or concerns about the contract, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Q5. Do I need to pay the full amount upfront for a kitten purchase?
We require a $200 deposit to reserve a kitten, which can be paid through Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card. The remainder of the amount must be paid when the kitten is delivered to you. We will send you an invoice via email with all the payment details once you have confirmed your choice of kitten.
Q6. How do you ensure the safety of kittens during air transportation?
Absolutely, we take the utmost care in ensuring the safety and well-being of our kittens during transport. We work exclusively with reputable airlines that have a proven track record of safe and reliable pet transportation. Our kittens are under constant surveillance and their journey from Europe to the USA is non-stop, meaning they are not subject to any additional stress or handling during their travel. We personally meet our kittens at the airport and can deliver them directly to your home for added convenience. Rest assured that your new furry family member will arrive safe and sound!
Q7. Can I see kittens first, choose one and then pay a deposit?
We don’t keep all kittens in our location. We are an online store.
You always can request more information about each kitten. We will be glad to send you more pictures and videos, pictures of their parents, and personality information, also when you get a kitten you will get a care note about your new friend.
Q8. Do you provide delivery for kittens outside of NYC?
Yes, we do offer delivery to other states in the USA for a reasonable price. The cost varies depending on the destination. Please contact us for more information regarding delivery fees. If you are located in NYC, delivery is already included in the price of the kitten.
Q9. What should I bring with me to meet my kitten?
We recommend bringing a comfortable carrier for your kitten to travel home in. Additionally, please bring your excitement and love for your new furry family member. Prior to meeting your kitten, we will send you our caring notes that provide all necessary information to ensure you are fully prepared for your new addition.
